Well actually, she is disscontinuing Midnight Sun because she gave the original scrits of the book to people she trusted. And they put them on the internet. So she aint writing right now. So really, she put up the chapters so people dont have to put illegal stuff up, but in the end, it happened anyway. It was a stupid mistake on her part, she should've kept the scripts to herself.

(shrugs) True, true. But still.... I personally feel that it's wrong to read them.

Yeah, I agree. I mean, they weren't meant to be seen yet, so I think that it isn't right for people to read them, if only just to respect the fact that it's wrong what happened to Stephenie. Then again, I definitely agree that she shouldn't have let other people get their hands on those drafts in the first place. I mean, you really can't trust certain people in these situations. I remember JK Rowling once saying she wouldnt even tell her own husband what she planned to do at the end of the Potter series soo yeah, she shouldnt have let other people have possesion of the drafts.

Even though it wasn't a good decision, how would she know that they would be put all over the web. If it was someone she trusted that is one thing, but if it was someone else that is another...

But on the other hand, she should have known that Twilight, being such a huge phenomenon to many teens (majority), that it would be shown to possibly one other person, who could show another. Maybe, it wasn't the person that she gave it to, it could have been a chain. Stephanie would never have known it was given to another person since there was 12 chapters and some people take a long time to read.
^ Possibly. But probably not.

Exactly. It was her fault to give peeps the scripts, she put up the chapters so this copy stuff wouldnt happen. Obviously it failed, badly.

I've got the first three books at home and I'm half way though the first one. I like the book so far and I found it a little cliche. It did feel like reading a fan fic. But I am a sucker for romance and vampires. <3
Anyone excited for the movie.

I'm not. Though I'm watching it anyway to see how badly they act out the book.

Holy crap... this book is really popular among females... geez anyone see the movie? I read the first book, even though I'm not a fan of the mushy gushy stuff this was quite interesting. I loved the indifferent attitude that Edward had. He seems emo and fun at the same time lol. Is he Bi-polar or something? Oh yeah and before anyone asks me if I'm not into romance then why am I a shipper? Well the answer is simple, but since your all girls I think I should leave my perverted thoughts unsaid.

-headdesks- THE MOVIE WAS A DISSAPOINTMENT! T_T It was rushed, choppy, the LONGEST scene was 5-7 minutes, I have the same special effects on my computer, and the only good part was their acting! I am honestly, dissapointed to no end.
