None taken, its just that Cascada isn't as well known over here. Its just one of the smattering of music pieces that I like. Most of what I have is either Rock or Alternative I think, I usually don't go by genre too often.
And don't worry that little description is nothing like me even in the slightest.

Oh, like most British Music then.
Except Leona Lewis apparantly....
I'm serious though, you CAN'T escape Chavcada over here. Every other car has it blaring out of it's window. Fortunately, I counterbalance it by blasting MUSE, Biffy Clyro or The Automatic out of MY car.
Bwhahahahahaha! ;D

'Cos that's always how I pictured you. ...just kidding Anyway, I like a lot of different kinds of music, so its simpler for me to list current bands/artists that I like. And some of said artists are Silversun Pickups, She Wants Revenge, Flyleaf, Taylor Swift, Killswitch Engage, t.A.T.u., Collide, and Meg & Dia.

{Laughs hysterically} Matt, you like Chavcada? Dear Lord..... Sorry, but here in the UK, it's hard to get away from that 'music'. No offense, everyone should be able to listen to what they want, but I find it a bit strange that you like that style. The people over here who like it wear all-white tracksuits with burberry caps, in too-small cars with too-big exhausts. Like I say, no offense. Give me good old Rock any day. Rock on MUSE!!!!!!!!!!!! Haha! Man, that isreally stereotyping you did there The dance scene isn't fully recognised everywhere yet, and that's too bad. By writing music like 'music' I suppose you don't consider dance equal to rock or any form of music? I think that is somewhat shortminded. People working on music in this genre are artists too, and work hard to create something. This style has been here for about 20 years now, and it's still developing...

I know that, I'm just saying it isn't for me. I can't see how people like it, personally, but I know people do, and I know it's their choice.
I know some people who tell me off for liking Rock, and they say it's just noise. I don't understand them perosonally, but then again, I think Dance is just noise.
I just don't like Dance. Is that a crime?
It's down to personal preference. I prefer Rock.

(Great Band BTW. ;D) But yeah, Ima REALLY far from emo or goth or anything depressing like that.xD Ima ball of sunshine.XD @lucifer: I didn't know those were trance.

Like I said, they are labeled as trance in my iTunes so I'm assuming that they are trance. I can't say for sure.
And that little "ball of sunshine" comment would seem to fit you well. At least from what I've seen of you.

Cascada isn't really Trance... I think it fits more into Dance/pop dance...

Trance is more like Sandstorm by Darude. www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ZXPP7qMSz4Cascada, not as much. She's more Dance/pop like Poketrance said. and Dave. Cascada... Cavtastic (lulz) never really seen it as that. It's usually Speed garage, and Grime that's chavvy. Like Heartbroken by T2 www.youtube.com/watch?v=rhIxixtikzQor Htwo0's songs. I like my dance. But those (above) tunes are more Urban, than Dance. for all those of you who say whaaa WTF iz tis nUbCAke 5ayingzzzz. when I or Dave say Chav. This vid should tell you what I mean: www.youtube.com/watch?v=3dnwAjSymK4

^Sandstorm of Darude.. yeah I know that one. It is an old song though. Trance in these days is produced by people as Tiësto, Armin van Buuren (my fav. dj, host of A State Of Trance radio show), Aly&Fila, M.I.K.E., and some other names... Here's one of Tiesto... www.youtube.com/watch?v=SiwzkCshQi4&feature=relatedBut there are some good classics too, like this one from Rank1: www.youtube.com/watch?v=zklWf13luH0And here's Airwave the Tiësto way (Trance Energy, Netherlands 2008): www.youtube.com/watch?v=kg0SPXlpy-U&feature=relatededit: the dance/trance scene is reknown for alot of bass etc... so it's quite different from rock, which focuses more on the guitarsound. (BTW, I like some rock groups too, it's not that I can't stand other styles or something Oasis by example)

XAOTL, you listen to Radio 1? Edith Bowman refers to it as Chavcada all the time. That's where I got it from. ;D
I'm gonna backtrack on myself a bit, because I actually like Sandstorm. If that's the song I'm thinking of anyway. When I said 'I don't like Dance', what I meant was 'I don't mind Dance'. I prefer to listen to Rock. But if I'm out with mates, and we're in a club with Dance stuck on the speakers, I don't mind it.
Mainly because I'm fairly drunk by that point. ;D
The only genre I officially cannot stand atm is R&B, and that's slowly gettin broken down....
It'll be a while until I can stand Rihanna though......
