Have I ever mentioned how much I hate my school? Annoying kids, like this one kid, Ryan. WE were in Orchestra, and he comes up behind me and stabs me with his Violin bow, in the NECK.
ANd then there's Brent. During stagecrew, he always distracts Allison, Tugen, Spozito, and Tom, with his sick little twisted perverted jokes, leaving me to do most of the work.

*Has mental breakdown* Arguing with a thread full of Mod-level Contestshippers has got to be the most annoying thing I have ever done in my entire life. They're geniuses at twisting people's words around, geniuses, I say! They make the same kind of arguements we do, yet somehow manage to come out of it with a sense of superiority, and not to mention, with their sanity still intact. I mean, seriously. the color red = true love, and therefore it was true love between Drew and May because he gave her Red roses? SERIOUSLY?!?! I, I, I can't do it...they're just too.... *Cries* I have to agree with Dave. you're doing a great job over there. Its just that they can't see past their own limited views. I wouldn't be surprised if Ash and May kiss on screen and the CS community would say that they did it out of "friendship" and that May still only loves Drew. Turning our words in upon themselves is all they've had practice doing. In their minds they have already won the war and there is 0% chance that they would be wrong. Heck the CSers there don't even seem to consider us a real rival. All they see is some fanon shipping that wishful people hold onto non-existent lines of hope, while their's is standing on some unapproachable pillar looking down over everything else. I get frustrated just reading some of their ignorant posts, and I'm not even a part of the so called "debate." I can't even imagine what you must be feeling right now. But don't let them get to you, they are just a bunch of elitists that can only spit out the same phrases over and over again. Remember that the thread only started up again once the ribbon was shown. So they are just trying to shoot down one of the facts that puts us ahead of them. And with the sense of superiority that they all seem to have, having a rival come out in front of them like that is just making them nervous and agitated. For the next few weeks of May's return to the show they will be putting down anything and everything that will happen between the two of them by the use of "friendship." Now that we got the ribbon, if there was one hint I could ask for in the coming episodes would be to see Ash or May blush at seeing the other in a costume. If they start to dispute that one then their own entire discussion would be broken and it would knock them back into reality.

^ Any teasing about Ash and May being a couple or something close to that would work for me too.
I can see what you mean Cascade, it's barely a debate anymore. It's more like the contestshippers throwing out ludicrous comments to make us feel that the ribbon hint is invalid.

You've done a commendable job Cas, in spite of the amount of CS bulls*** you've had to wallow through, take comfort in the fact that we got something out of the Diamond and Pearl anime, they have nothing. No matter how powerful they are as moderators, they have no control over canon and Pokemon, no amount of word twisting and insults can change that. Like I said, they're mean with envy.
They got nothing.

And remember one other thing Cascade-senpai; they have their own fort, but we have our own. Who cares if Seribii and BMGF are being run by Poke-Contest elitists, at least we have our own stronghold. And, then there's the non-elitists, such as Scott85 (and for good reason), and I bet that even he is mad at what is happening at Seribii, so do not feel saddened, because even if we lose the battle, we can still win the war.

Be careful not to get banned or get the Advanceshipping thread deleted, it would be a painful blow if we lose a foothold on websites like Serebii.
Good job holding up against the contestshippers and pokeshippers, Cascade.
It's a good thing I brought attention to the debate thread.

*Sigh* This doesn't have to turn into a war if people would remember this stuff is fiction.
Honestly, it's not worth bashing people over this stuff that really has no relevance in our daily lives. But some people just make fiction and shipping and anime and whatever else their entire lives. I find it somewhat amusing that people devote so much to such activities. And yes, I'm including everybody who is too overzealous for their own good in this equation, Contestshippers and Advanceshippers and any kind of shippers alike. Don't get me wrong though, it's not like I dislike such people (and especially not you guys) for being devoted shippers. It's just that I think there are more priorities in life than shipping and the likes.
I'm only engaged in shipping because I find it a good food for my emotions and thoughts as well as it being a good device for my fic. I did get into shipping before fics, but without the fics, I would have never stayed. But that's just me, maybe I'm too much of a realist, and I don't venture out into virtual space enough. Hate me for it if you want, but I find that real life takes priority so I avoid such unnecessary arguments over fictional love. Though a part of me always wishes that I lived in the Pokemon world, and could meet up with characters from the anime (And for Ash and May to really be a couple =P). I mean, who wouldn't want to, instead of going to school, going to college, working, and then dying. Heh, I think I took that last part too far.
But I hope I expressed my opinions clearly, and maybe this can explain why I'm always so apathetic about these kind of things. I hope I didn't sound too harsh though. I still think y'all Advanceshippers are great people. =) (Contestshipping mods are another thing though...)

^ We, I know for sure I, won't hate you for taking priority in your personal life. All I'm looking for is Advanceshipping to be canon. I will not bother to get rid of the FANON side of contestshipping and pokeshipping.

^I agree with the whole Contestshippers can manipulate anything until they see it the way they like it, heck they won't even listen to us when it comes to Movie 9!
Gosh, no matter how much we like to rejoice our evidence they say its all out of friendship. I agree they would say if they madeout it would be out of friendship or if Ash proposed to May it would be out of friendship!!
I've been fighting The Contest-elitetists on the Debate thread with Cascade, but recently i've given up because it's just not worth it. They want us to think that they're the only ones that have any credibility
God i can't stand those @$$holes anymore

It helps, they're idiots who play mind games.-makes googly eyes- But really, what is their weakness? What fact is a perverbial 'kick in the balls' when you mention it to them? That's what we must find.>=(
