SHIKES, nearly 5,000 property crimes in one year! Dark Fiddler, Moscow is a city in Pennsylvania? As long as the people (and their influence) stay in the city, and don't wander off; I think you guys will be fine. That I doubt will happen, though. It is kind of ironic how there is one of America's most crime filled city in the state that was founded by Quakers.

Yes there is a Moscow in Penn. Praetor. I think that we had a small discussion about that very question w/in the first month of the boards activation.
But on the topic of the city, I'm just glad that the Midwest isn't known for that type of thing.

@df: Don't be scared, that's what makes you afraid to enter a back or leave your car out.xD
It is funny, every summer I see a horse and buggy come up my street. And I live near some farms aswell. But just 30 minutes away, lots of crime happening.XP

Sorry if I happen to change the subject here, but I need to get this off of my chest....
My friends is acting like a pathetic loser because I go to Peer Helper lunches every Monday? She is mad at me for hanging out with my "other" friends? "Friends" should not do that to each other, she makes me want to yell at her SO badly! My other friends don't care, they think it is cool what I do. Then she comes along and makes a big stink out of it!? HOW PATHETIC!!!
*Storms off muttering about how stupid said friend is.*

-hugs Stwbrry- It's okay. I know how it feels to have that happen. But really, if your friend really doesnt act like a friend, then how can you call them a friend? Actually...is said friend perhaps, the jealeous type? Maybe she feels like you hang out with your other friends more than her. And she feels like she isn't getting the fair amount of time from you aswell. It's happened on both ends of the stick for me, unfortunatly.<=(

If you want to know how some of my friends are like, I'll tell you.
One of my friends is a hacker. I have to watch out for whatever he does.
Another friend just know random facts that may or may not have to do with the current topic of discussion.
Another one has a GPA of 4.3.
And one is a Danish kid who makes very mean jokes about everyone and everything, including his friends. But I, and my other friends, are friends with him because his jokes are funny and satirical.

You don't want me to get started on all of my friends. There's so many and I get frustrated trying to keep up with their crazy personalities. (Mainly the guys not the girls.=P)

Praetor~ Oh my gosh my friends are the same way. Only I have 5 really close friends and I can deal with that because they mean the world to me. @nn44~ My so called friend doesn't even listen to me when I try to smooth things out. It is so annoying, and she gets on my nerves by talking to me when I talk to someone else.

I have about 6 close friends. Of course Ima very protectful. I'd protect even the peeps I hate, Ima too good.=) You know, I need to vent about this kid I like, I seriously have kept this in too long. You see, he's a new kid, just moved early this year. He sits next to me in English but thats it. But about last week, I was with some of my regular friends, and they were saying how they like him and stuff. And I noticed: A lot of girls like this guy. How can I get a chance? So not only am I mad at myself for thinking I could EVER be with one of the nicest, friendliest, cutest guys in school. Ima also sad that theres less of a chance for me.<=(

Vurtax, are you listening to this? I know it might be a while since you made the thread about asking the girl you like to the dance, but it still helps to have a girl's perspective on this.
Some of my friends are also very unsupportive, they do NOT throw things at each other like a cup of tomato sauce, hack into calculators, or poke each other's ear with sticks.

@strwbrry: Well, try to tell her that you need your space. And shes not the only friend you have, and if she doesn't like it, don't be her friend. She's being over-possessive. Praetor: Tis not funny, its even worse cause the guy I like is helping my friend to get a date with me. It's really annoying. I hate it SO much. Tell me: Why don't guys give up? I've thrown things at my friends, we've done some pretty crazy things. You wouldn't believe some of it.=]

NN, is this guy with someone? If not, tell him! I wouldn't mind knowing if any girls I know have a crush on me (not that that's likely), and a couple of times I've put off asking a girl out for so long, that when I do, she's already going out with someone. It's annoying. Just psych yourself up, and ask him. You never know, it might pay off!

AW -Hugs NN44-
I hate it when I get stuck in a situation like that. What I usually do is talk to the guy, get to know him, and if all goes well try and ask him out. My friend took this same advice. Trust me it works. You might have a small chance, but you never know. He could like you back.

I act like a guy, I talk like a guy, I AM NOT A GUY! I have no courage in the game of love. No he's not with someone, but I still am a giant coward. I even have the confession running through my head sometimes. Then I mentally slap myself cause it was stupid. I just don't wanna get rejected is all.<=(

Trust me even guys lose the courage to ask things like that. When it comes to relationships I would be able to label myself as a coward as well.
