You're born, you take s-. You get out in the world, you take more s-. You climb a little higher, you take less s-. Till one day you're up in the rarefied atmosphere and you've forgotten what s- even looks like.

General Certificate of Secondary Education.
They're two year courses that we do in the last two years of school, between the ages of 14 and 16. I personally did 9, in English (C), English Literature (C), Maths (B), French (C), Chemistry (A), Biology (B), Geography (B), ICT (C), anc BCS (D).
And wow, that was four years ago now. God, I feel old..........
Anyways, good luck to you two!
I'm feeling good, excited about the weekend, but also a bit sad.......... I think you can guess why........
What do those letters next to the courses stand for? I hope those are not your grades.
Of course they're grades. Why else would he post letters next to the subjects if they were not grades? And besides, there's nothing wrong with them. It isn't clever to insinuate that they were poor marks. They were fine. Perfection isn't everything.
