What laws would you make?
I honestly need to know this, cause I am stumped on a Naruto fic I created and I just got re-motivated to write more but I can't think of laws.
Basically you are this person who just gained control of the world because the current leader(s) died for whatever reason(s). What laws would you make? What would you change? Anything goes here you guys. Have a ball. I'll credit you if I use any.
(If this is in the wrong section, feel free to move it.)

Hard to say because most of the laws are already made.

Well you could also get rid of laws too.

Just about all the laws that are made are legitimate.
Maybe a few outdated laws should be removed like naming a pig Napolean in France. (Looked it up on the internet. Considered an insult to Napolean)

I Would have Bungie (the creators of Halo) . Lower the guns avaible over custom and forge games, Also have them make a section in their industry that professionally produces spartan Armor variation that can be attached and removed to modify your own spartan armor for kicks (like for shoulder they can be screwed or click on and then be able to remove and place difference shoulder variations)
Oh and then I'd make private arrangments to meet my favorite celebrities (Like Carrie Underwood, Marty O'Donnel director of Halo Music branch, and what not) and my favorite Machinimators (Digital Ph33r, Darknal, And Roosterteeth definetley, and all cast and crew of Pregame Lobby; "The Guard" Clan)
I know my priorities are a little screwed but that's me. And yes I know Naruto that i did not help you in any way shape or form I just had to post this.

^ Why would you want to lower the guns available? Ninja44 - So you see what I mean? Those are the laws that should be removed. People should be able to sing in the bathtub if they want.

I, personally, would have only one law: for people to create laws that work for themselves and that don't have us proverbally spiriling to the ground in a firey explosion--laws that have already been tried and tested to work, if you will, instead of the laws we have today, which can be changed with a mere vote.

^ So then how do we "test" NEW laws to see if they work if weren't passed in the first place?

I don't think I can really say for sure, unless I can accurately recollect the beginnings of various tribes and how they evolved. All that I can think of, though, would be to have a set of values and virtues among a group of people and tweak them a bit as the needs of the tribe and the circumstances are tweaked in tandem. Social evolution.

^ I'm talking about laws that never existed a long time ago. I talking about laws that have never been "tested", yet seem to fit the status quo. So how would these laws be tested?
Let's say there's a new law proposed for computers; obviously it has never been tested before and modern computers never existed a thousand years ago, so how would the law be tested?

I dunno. I guess if the need for those laws would ever arise, the laws would be implemented, but only if that system of implementing laws actually works well for that particular group of people. What works for one group may not necessarily work well for another.
