Still, at least heed my warning; if you do happen to post in the debate thread over at Seribii, you will be dragged in and you will be hurt emotionally. That's all I'm saying. So, at least heed this message and post cautiously. I appreciate the concern, even if I did want to bother, but I am a grown man and can take care of myself. If I choose to make this bed, I'm prepared to sleep in it.

Ahh, let them whine. And if they try to say the ribbon was just friendship, point out that roses can be just friendship too.
Pow, right in the kisser.

I think you're overreacting a little bit. As long as you don't get too sensitive to thier statements, you should be fine in that thread.
They're just being a bit on the selfish and arrogant side - They deny any and all opposition to their precious rose hints, and also furiously refuse our Luvdisc scene. If they can't bring themselves to accept that little children will see the scene as shippy, they're the ones who look imperceptive and irrational. Just debate kindly, if you debate at all, and try REALLY hard not to say anything insulting - they do have MODS on their side, after all, and they are, as I've said before, much more defensive of their ship due to the cameo of ours in DP.

Well, I was on their side up until now, but they have crossed the line. They have BANNED Luvdisc scene debate. They say that we'll have to "agree to disagree on this one." That makes me angry. What will it take to get it through their heads? Hearts=shippy, if only just a little bit. I seriously need a break from those mods. They seem to almost abuse their power at times. So yeah, they basically stomped all over my evidence with their modly powers and then forbade me from firing back. Grr. Serebii TOTALLY needs a mod that supports ADVshipping. Them you could see mods battle it out. How fun would that be?

Well, at least it shows how much the contestshippers are worried about the hint. Which is good for us because it validates the hint.
I doubt the Advanceshipping mod would stay a mod for long; he/she would quit from so much opposition.

@zant: Encylopika is just trying to prevent a flame war, I can see it would be coming too. So I respect that she did the "agree to disagree" thing.
@adv mod topic: We need more than one, now FIVE would be fine. Really, its just not fair.<=( Of course if they quit we'd be back to square one...or something like that.=P

Although at this rate everything that we say for our shipping will have to come to an "agree to disagree" stance. And whats worse is that it'll only be our hints that we have to do that for. Both sides of the debate are too stubborn and won't give an inch in this battle. They won't think of our hints as anything but friendship while there are holes in their ship that we point out but they won't admit.
Us and CS will be going at it until either a pivotal hint appears or the epilogue says something to these terms. And even if that pivotal hint does occur the other side will try and fight against it tooth and nail, especially if the hint was for us. To finish this off, the battles that are being waged over there are going to be like the trenches of WWI. Both sides are implanted and the gain will only be measured in inches. The only real difference is that they have several mods on their side to help them get out of a bind.

Why can't we just get along? The only way to solve this problem: Everyone explodes. Wait we can't do that? -crosses fingers hoping for hint- It is sad though, that CS had to be obvious. And yes, I will admit that May might have a crush on Drew and vise versa. But remember the term: 'First loves never last'. <=)

True NN, just don't mention it on Serebii or they'll use that against us. Really, I would, but I AM an ASer.

Arguing against the almighty Pokeshipping and its baby sister Contestshipping is a bannable offence. Cease and desist immediately so say the mighty Serebii Mods.

Sad to say but thats basically how it seems over there. Even with Pokeshipping virtually dead the Pokeshippers still haven't realized that it just isn't going to happen. I mean their last real hint was what, like 5 seasons ago? If not longer.

Matt (LuciferIX) is right, if the mods ban the Luvdisc hint because it might start a war, then wouldn't they have to ban the ribbon hint or the other hints in the 9th movie as well?
If they only banned the Luvdisc hint, then read my earlier post.

So you've finally started to call me by my actual name. I was wondering when you would finally start as well considering the fact that we are the two top posters here.
Its simple, they were getting tired of us not backing down and trying to convince them of the hints validity so they decided to take the easy way out and abuse their mod privileges a bit. That one is a war that we can never win, all we can do is hold our ground. But when a battle is started in one location, it is bound to spread.

Yes, I'll refer to you as either LuciferIX or Matt; whichever I deem fit.
It is funny how the mods banned the use of a hint in a DEBATE thread.
It is more difficult to hold our ground when the mods ban the use of hints.
You are probably right about the conflict spreading; unless the forum - goers manage to keep all kinds of talk about the debate inside the debate thread.
