Actually, think about it: what region, other than Orre/Fiore/Almia has May not been to extensively? Sinnoh. Case and point

Well now that im thinking about Misty, Dawn and May....
We all probaly can guess that Dawn would leave Ash and co later on in the show right and Ash goes back to Pallet and Misty and May would be there. that could be a good chance to happen.
Okay now Ash leaves to a new region and theres a good chance that a new girl will pop in Ash's life.
Now if that girl will go later on in the show Ash goes back to Pallet and the same thing happens but maybe Dawn will be at Ash's home at Pallet with Misty and May. and Ash leaves for a new region.
It's like a neverending cycle of girls entering Ash's life.
Now we all know that pokemon will go on FOR A HECK OF A LONG TIME. this makes me think.
"Do they have to make a new girl each time Ash goes to a new region?"
Now Ash is in the 4th region he has been in and he has met 3 girls. if pokemon keeps this up we might 6 or 7 girls with him and the writers would have to keep making events for these people to show up and make those shippers happy becoz they know and they like it or not. us shippers DO exist.
I just hope that pokemon WONT have to make a d**n girl each time Ash goes in a new region. when the time comes i just hope they re-use the girls to travel with Ash again becoz with those many girls and friends. i will personally get lost.

Actually, think about it: what region, other than Orre/Fiore/Almia has May not been to extensively? Sinnoh. Case and point Case andin point. According to that logic May will always be one step behind him. By the time she's ready for Sinnoh Contests, Ash will potentially have moved to Gen 5 Region should there be one. Spin Off Regions = NOSince they don't have Gyms and aren't part of the main series, I doubt they would bother. PS If they haven't bothered with Orre now, they never will. The best these "regions" get is a character from the game making a guest appearance in the main series like Solana and Hajime.

^ Realism =/= Pessimism
The guy's only trying to make sure you lot don't get your hopes up. How will you feel if you get all excited about May coming back, and then she doesn't? You'd feel crushed, that's what.
Honestly, being negative is generally best. If you assume that everything's going to be crap, or not going to happen, then it's a nice suprise when it does, and if it doesn't, you've lost nothing.
If you assume that it IS going to happen, then you get no boost if it does, and you get let down if it doesn't.
Again, he's just trying to protect you from yourselves, cut him some slack.
As much as I want to see May come back, I don't think it's going to happen. Ostrasice me if you will, but I stand by my reasoning.

^ Thanks Dave. It's not that I promote negativity, just that you should look at what has been put in front of you in regards to the anime and make a logical conclusion.
Don't get me wrong guys, I love Advanceshipping, I wouldn't have wasted my time writing a fanfic if I didn't. But I am looking at this realistically. May followed Ash into Kanto for the Battle Frontier, correct? I bet there were Pokeshippers who said, 'Oh, Hoenn is over. Maybe Misty will rejoin the group.' She certainly made an appearance, but after that, she was bumped back to guest character status. Sound familiar? You guys sounds just like them. Should the Sinnoh Battle Frontier become an anime arc, bet your bottom dollar the female traveling companion will be Dawn. I'm not being negative, just realistic.

I agree with you there, Dave on sceptisism thing. But optimism boosts your life span...so I think I'll keep it. =3
Back to this topica: After sinnoh? No, May is not coming back as a leading role. Dawn's going to prolly be in a little spin off thing like the Orange Islands and Battle Frontier then she'll leave and we'll wait for the next girl to be the victim of Pokemon. Like James said: May coming back is highly unlikely. =/

Well I've got a quite a few things to say. I have to agree with Dave and James though when I Say I fail I it becomes sucess. Pretty random huh?
Well Misty came back for a little bit after Ash's Hoenn League so I except May will come back. If my guess is right time replays itself Ash goes into a BF. It's all I'm taking a shot on. If we move onto 5th G I can back evidence that Dawn will come back.
But sadly Misty and May will highly not come back as a leading role All I know is that Dawn will drop off eventually have you noticed that both girls used an excuse for leaving the group?
Rating will crash again after Dawn leaves. Seriously Satoshi keep it together! Do you want your ratings up or not?
To Mid (Sorry I use to attend another fourm in a computer game who's name was Midnight) Well anyway May is probably coming back for all we know it's just my best gues s but by the time we get to the seventh G I'll be in what College? Heck I might even have a job.
Well moving on to the post on pg 1- In the 5th G The girl who will most likely take Dawn's lead role will be what? 6-7 years younger than him? Ash is currently 15 by the end of Sinnoh he'll be atleast 17 or 16. Case and Point.
All we can do is hope that May will come back but what ever happens happens. It's just a never ending cycle of girls. And to prove Mid's point it is kinda true about Girls and shippings Geez the competiton for Ash just keeps getting bigger and bigger like ever freaking girl he meets becomes a shipping? WHO COMES UP WITH THIS STUFF?
Yeah well point and case.

Promblem. the people of pokemon actually want Ash to stay 10 until the end of the series. so May, Dawn and Ash are ten years old as for the rest of the group i don't have a d**n clue unless they make a episode that confirms Ash's age but i doubt that.
True. it's a never ending cycle of girls. but to my point is that pokemon will go for maybe another ten years or so. to my caluations anyway. now how many girls will that be? six? seven? ten? what im trying to say is that one of the girls like May or Dawn might have to go with Ash again becoz we all know that Dawn will leave sooner or later than a new one pops up then leave. the people of pokemon will have to make more events for these girls to come back in. just to make the d**n shippers happy and for them not to be forgotton either.
And if they don't make them come back there will be endless letters of complaints saying this Misty should come back to the show and travel with Ash or what happened to May. where is she? or bring back Dawn!
Or something like that anyway.

Yeah but how will it get to the Pokemon Studio anyway? All we can do is cross our fingers and hope that May gets into the series or I might just write a strongly worded letter to the Producers.

Ash has remained 10 years old consistently throughout the series. However there is this interesting note: Warning contains contestshipping and pokeshipping but is purely fiction: If Pokemon agedI'll translate it for you: 1. Year 1998 - Hanako (Delia) 30 years old. 2. Year 1999 - Nanako (Casey) 10 years old. (She is singing her Electabuzz baseball team anthem) Takeshi (Brock) 17 years old, "I look forward to seeing her in about 8 years". Satoshi (Ash) 12 years old Kasumi (Misty) 12 years old 3. Year 2000 Brock 18 years old. Brock is Ibuki's (Clair's) 'latest Pokemon capture' 4. Year 2001 Hikari (Dawn) is 5 years old. Awwwwww! 5. Year 2002 Haruka (May) 10 years old. 'I want to try but I don't understand [Pokemon Training] well!' Masato (Max) 7 years old. 'I also want to become a trainer quickly!' Ash 15 years old. Brock 20 years old. I altered this pic slightly to serve our purpose as Advanceshippers. The original had something worse. Year 2005 Max 10 years old. May 13 years old, 'The true me debuts!' Year 2006 Shinji (Paul) Ash 19 years old Misty 19 years old Shigeru (Gary) 19 years old Dawn 10 years old. Year 2007 Casey 18 years old Brock 25 years old Year 2008 Delia 40 years old May 16 years old 2010 May 18 years old "Just Married" Misty 23 years old 20XX RIP Pikachu...
