Perhaps Xaotl, Lara, Stormburst, or someone like that would like to participate. We'll have to wait until Stormburst gets through the game though; which shouldn't take too long. What will he do to the game?

TDF, the point is that Pokemon above level 50 are lowered down to that level, so it doesn't matter. Although, it does mean I've wasted my time, training all my Pokemon to Lv. 100. But that means that if someone challenges me with a Lv. 100 sqaud, I can answer back at full force. As long as "Lv. 50" is selected, it should lower everyting to Lv. 50. I've never tried it though, so don't quote me on it... And what's the "wierd type"? There are 17 types, so with 8 GL's and the E4, that gives us 12, meaning 5 are left out. Okay then, because of that, I can compete(if I can get the team together, if I need help getting the Pokemon (I already hae it panned) I will ask.) The type, is the type that Curse uses, and Arceus has a sprite for, with no way to obtain... Edit: the was suposed to be three ?s But then there is the "Bird" type Missingno. ha- Can I change to a Missingno. gym? (lol) Oh, btw, not really anything and sorta off topic, but I found this interesting. My high school is having a Pokemon contest with the Gen one games, with a $10 entry fee, all of it going to the prize. Everybody who's in is walking around playing SPs, and accoridng to my friend, the teachers don't care. On April 25 (here in the U.S.) the prize was alread $420! Just in case want to do something similar where you learn/work/live.

Like I've said before, If you guys need Pokemon, let me know, and I can breed them to order for you. Specific natures, Egg moves, etc. I can do. I have access to pretty much EVERY Pokemon.

Poliwrath with: Hypnosis Mind REader Dynamic Punch Surf Ability: DAmp Nature of a neutral sort. any Charachteristics
Hitmonchan with Thunder Punch Fire Punch Ice Punch Sky Uppercut Iron Fist Ability Impish Nature Any characteristics
Heracross Night Slash Mega Horn Dig Bulk Up Guts ability Strong Tolerant Teacious PAtient or Eating Characteristic

Whew, is that too much? If so, I could be okay with just the characteristics and natures (and egg moves/Tm moves(Shadow Ball, posibly Psychic)) and I could train them myself.
These movesets aren't final.
I'll Pm you my friend code tommarrow, and we'll figure something out.

TDF, are you sure about those movesets? Some of them have got PHAIL written all over them. No offense, but you don't give a Lucario Aura Sphere AND Close Combat. While it's true it would suprise people, it couldn't do as much damage as if it was just one or the other.
Same goes for Poliwrath, and Gallade. You specialise in physical, or special, not both. I'll look up some movesets for them though.

Okay, but like I said, they weren't final. I tend to go more for adaptability than specialization though.

And also, what I meant was that I could just give you the Pokemon. You'd have to train them yourself. I could breed them, but that would be it. I suppose I could suggest moves though.

Its not all that hard to get some natures bread into the Pokemon, if Dave doesn't want to do it I can do it just as easily. As long as you don't care about IV's too much, IV breeding takes too long just to do casually.
But other than that I agree with Dave, while you can have a few mixed sweepers its best to keep most of them either a physical sweeper or a special sweeper. And wouldn't you rather have Earthquake on Hera instead of Dig?

I agree, one Earthquake could screw any Pokemon using dig.

Generally, Hera doesn't perform well with Quake, since most of what it kills is covered by it's other moves.
Standard Choice Scarf Hera set: Stone Edge, Megahorn, Close Combat, Pursuit/Night Slash/Shadow Claw.
You can drop one of these for Swords Dance, but the drop in speed isn't recommended.
And no, I don't mind at all. Didn't you say you needed some Pokemon, Matt?

Me too if you can, otherwise I'll try my luck. Still getting those power items that boost EVs.
