I'll be living in Japan around the time of the Tournament, but I'd be disqualified anyway since I've recieved Arceus, Shaymin and Darkrai through trades with people who used cheats to get them.

No, I think you only be disqualified if you PLAN to use the cheated Pokemon in the tournament.

If you read it properly it states you'll be disqualified regardless. "Causing controversy among some players is the announcement that random checks will be performed on participants' game cartridges to eliminate those with hacked Pokémon or items." "The official rules state that even if a player has not personally used a game alteration device (e.g. Action Replay), but has received a hacked Pokémon via trade or the Global Trade Station, he or she will be disqualified from the tournament. The rules say each player is responsible for making sure his or her cartridge does not contain hacked data." Do I have to do everything? Read your own stuff.

Man, I wish that someone couuld telecast this. This event will be the single most viewed Pokemon tournament in the world, probably, if they do. GO U.S.A.!!!!!!
