Type: Fighting Number: Seems invalidated by James Pokemon: Not yet sure Brawl Badge Fisticufg Town
I think we should have some people at ranges. One for each type at each 10 level increment. aNd since I never really get my Pokemon to level 100, I could be the lvl. 40 Fighting trainer.

You do raise a good point James. There is really no point in choosing orders, unless we adjust our levels accordingly. If we're all going to be level 100, then it doesn't make any difference really. Weren't you going to go with ground-types James? I think it is better if we're all level 100 because we can have access to all moves in the movepool. If people are going to challenge us, they'll go all out, we might as well too! Yeah, but I found six l33t steel types. Why? Should I stick with Ground? Oh well, I've thought of my six Steel Types. Lucario (Fight/Steel) Forretress (Bug/Steel) Skarmory (Steel/Flying) Empoleon (Water/Steel) Metagross (Steel/Psychic) Magnezone (Electric/Steel)

Sounds good. Steel is a great type, nothing wrong with that. I just thought you were gonna go with ground. Good squad as well.
I know what you mean about level. I'm training a Relicanth, and it doesn't learn Head Smash until Lv. 75-ish, so I can't really have it any lower than that.

Was thinking about Ground and Dark as well, but decided to go with Steel, cos it's got some very good Pokemon. Lucario also just exudes coolness.

Indeed it does. That's why I have two of them ;D
Plus, the Steel-type is awesome defensively. Skarmory and Bronzong are two of the most annoying walls in the game (excepting Blissey and Wobbuffet), and Metagross just smacks anything once it gets an Agility in.
Magnezones good as well, especially if you can get a Magnet Rise in. It's already the most resistant Pokemon in the game!
I'll be putting my Gym team up soon. I've just realised that it compromises a certain Pokemon quiz that we have on here...

James too late, i didn't try to mentiaon it but i already called Foretress (awesome strategy to help start off the match) ^ Dude, I only have 14 potential fully evolved Pokemon to choose from. Magnemite--> Magneton--> MagnezoneOnix--> SteelixSkarmoryAron--> Lairon--> AggronBeldum--> Metang--> MetagrossMawileBronzor--> BronzongPineco--> ForretressScyther--> ScizorPiplup-->Prinplup--> EmpoleonShieldon--> BastiodonRiolu--> LucarioBurmy--> WormadamNosepass--> ProbopassAnd this excludes Legendaries like Dialga, Registeel, Jirachi and Heatran. As opposed to your Bug type selections which is larger, having a potential 24 fully evolved Pokemon to choose from. Close to double the Steel type's options. Caterpie-->Metapod-->Butterfree Weedle-->Kakuna-->Beedrill Pinsir Scyther-->Scizor Venonat-->Venomoth Paras-->Parasect Pineco-->Forretress Ledyba-->Ledian Spinarak-->Ariados Yanma-->Yanmega Shuckle Heracross Kricketot-->Kricketune Volbeat Illumise Wurmple-->Silcoon-->Beautifly -->Cascoon-->Dustox Surskit-->Masquerain Nincada-->Ninjask -->Shedinja Burmy-->Wormadam (Grass) -->Wormadam (Ground) -->Wormadam (Steel) Combee-->Vespiquen To be fair you didn't say anything in the thread. If you didn't call it in the thread, you don't get to tell me I cannot have it. I don't see the big deal with two people having it. But if only one person is allowed to have it, you're the one who'll have to give it up since you did not mention it nor anything about people only being allowed one species per leader. If anyone is too late, it's you for not calling it first.

Again, I thought this was an online thing. I would post a sprite to humour you, but I'm not sure how.
LV, many Gym leaders in the past used the same evo families as others, you can't call a specific Pokemon, just a base type, or in Matkin's case, stat. You call Bug, James calls Steel. Forretress falls in both, so both of you can get it.

Sorry, what is this, a game or something? I thought this was just gonna be to interact online. But still, it looks like you'd have to be a leader James. Good idea though! ;D I thought this was a game... When did we say it was an online thing? I'm lost. The original ideas was an online thing where members could play or act as a trainer traveling through the region that was designed and selected. Through posts of course and battles took place through wi-fi. That was the original idea, but I'm not sure at where we are now.

Which is impossible, unless we have some really expensive software, like Game Freak use. I think we could just have fun with an online league, with 8 gym leaders at Lv. 50 / 100, and possibly with an Elite 4. Oh yeah, my Gym squad is in my sig. With the exception of one, they should be ready in a couple of days.

Since I'm the admin, I'm gonna call dibs on Elite 4 Champion. I'll send the proper info later, and it may be a year or a while longer to open up. (It takes a while to level up to level 100, and I need to start off from scratch, plus I think we should have all gyms at level 50-60.)

It doesn't take that long to get to lvl 100, especially with Lucky Eggs. If anything it takes longer to pick the one to get there. Although I do wish the Elite Four would have been powered up the second time through like in FR/LG.

I reckon people should just post their proposed gyms or whatever then hold a tournament to see who wins. Depending on your placement, that will be your position in the league.
It's just a thought.
