I don't care about being part of tthe elite four so call me oout on that i'm fine where i am as 7th gym leader We will either have to compete for our ranking in terms of Gym Order, or allow challengers to challenge in any order they choose with Gym Leaders. I prefer the latter where they can challenge the 8 in any order. I also think it'd be awesome to have a specialist for each of the 17 types.

I say we only compete for Elite Four or else we'll be battling each other for a while just to attain stance.
As for my gym team development i currently have (all came from eggs) A lvl 36 Shuckle Lvl 1 Anorith Lvl 1 Pineco lvl 13 Female Combee Lvl 98 Scizor and i still need to work on getting the proper Venonat egg.

No Heracross? You're really missing out on a powerful Pokemon on your team there.

Maybe not have a leader for each type, cos then, what are the other five going to do? Unless we have 13 Gym Leaders, but people only need challenge 8 of them, then fight the E4.
I agree though, challenging who you want, when you want would be better. If we did it the other way, the first Leader would be swamped all the time, whereas the later Leaders would have nothing to do for AGES!
My friend's already started building a Poison Gym team, so he should be ready soon. I'm about 1/3 through building my team, just need to level them up.
And LV, James is right. You could benefit from a Heracross. And a Yanmega ;D

I have my reasons, I don't have a heracross at the moment because i traded my only one a long time back for a gible and Cranidos. I've tried to use the honey trees to get another but i've had no luck with them (surprisingly Heracross was the first pokemon i found on a honey tree) Yanmega's fast but I've got a strategy begind every one of my combatants i listed so let me be for now.

Let me get this straight... You want to compete online for the gyms and E4, right?

LV: I could trade you a Hera if you want one. I've got stacks of Adamant Heracross (some with Pursuit), so I could get you one.
Sp1der: Yeah, that's the plan, but it would be based in a seperate forum.

I can't compete. I will only be able to compete if someone can use emulators

Okay, I mean feel free to use whoever you want. We're just saying that your team would benefit from dumping Venomoth which is in the lowest competitive tier of Pokemon (the Never Used tier) for something more powerful like Heracross (Over Used Tier) or Yanmega (Border Line Tier). Also if you intend on using Shuckle's Power Trick tactic, be wary of the loss of defense and fast Pokemon, Shuckle will have trouble with any Pokemon faster than it. (Which is most.) All my chosen Pokemon fall into either the OU Tier or the BL Tier. Anything lower could potentially have a lot of trouble against challengers than those in BL or OU. Just offering advice, that's all. If you want to do your own thing, that's fine too.

Also if you intend on using Shuckle's Power Trick tactic, be wary of the loss of defense and fast Pokemon, Shuckle will have trouble with any Pokemon faster than it. (Which is most.) That would be an understatement. Shuckle is tied for the slowest Pokemon with only a Base 5 Speed (Munchlax is the other). Even at max speed (Perfect IV, 252 EV, + Personality) it only gets up to 119. Although no one in their right minds would do all that to a Shuckle anyways. The more likely speed that it'll have is 15 - 46, all depending on the IV. All I'm saying is that you should be careful when considering Power Trick, because virtually everything will out speed you. Just hope that they have a lot of special attackers.

Nah i'm not that stupid, i know shuckle doesn't have the power to attack strong at all, so i dveloped a method for him to attack without directly attacking (if you know what i mean) but i don't wanna spoil it so i'm not telling y'all As for venomoth, i guess i could, probably yamega than.

You won't regret it! But I'm just in love with Yanmega.
See, my gym team consists of 2 OU, 1 BL and 3 UU, though I may have to change one unless I can get my hands on a Rock Slide TM. I'm going with Pokemon I like, and trying my best to make them work.
All of my Pokemon are trained because the look cool, not because they fare well in competetive play.

Actually I can already take a pretty good guess at the method that you will be using Vurtax. And even if I'm only partially correct, Shuckle is going to be an annoying Pokemon. Of course it always is, considering that Shuckle is about the equivalent of a wall. You can punch it but it sure as he** ain't going to be punching back. The problem for me is that the better counters for the stupid wall are in my normal battling team and not the gym one.
My team is a mix as well, I think that I only have 1 maybe 2 OU Pokemon in the batch. All the rest would most likely be BL.
